Konrad Seifert

Chief Strategy Officer

Konrad Seifert is the co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of the Simon Institute for Longterm Governance (SI), where he oversees the organization’s strategy, people, and special projects.

Konrad is a social entrepreneur who has built two successful nonprofits after dropping out of an undergraduate degree in international relations. Next to work, he co-runs his family and Fractal Geneva, and maintains a global network of entrepreneurs. He has designed and led dozens of retreats and workshops on topics ranging from probabilistic thinking to group decision-making and social impact, having impacted hundreds of entrepreneurs and philanthropists to help society adapt to rapid technological change.
