He previously completed a 6-month policy fellowship at SI, run by the Talos Network.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Henry brings 5 years of experience from research and strategy roles in the UK Civil Service. Most recently, he spent 18 months at the UK AI Security Institute as a Strategy and Delivery Advisor for the Human Influence team, where he helped design and run novel human studies to understand vulnerability to AI deception, emotional manipulation, and persuasion. He also supported the team as it scaled from 3 to 20 staff members.
